使用库阁游戏资源站（KuuGe）即表示你同意以下规则。平台提供数字游戏美术资源的展示、授权与交付服务。

账号与积分

用户应提供真实、可用的邮箱并保护自己的登录凭据；
当前仅支持 USDT（TRC20）充值，基础充值按 1 USDT = 1 积分入账。自动订单会增加小于 0.1 USDT 的识别尾数，该尾数不兑换积分。请在订单有效期内转入完整应付金额，网络手续费另付。正常收款经链上核验后自动入账，迟到、金额不符等异常情况需联系客服核对；
积分是站内结算单位，不是加密货币、存款或可交易证券，不提供站外转让；
欺诈充值、伪造 TXID、盗用账号或绕过扣分机制会导致订单取消和账号停用。

素材使用

素材采用统一购买价格，不再提供个人、商业或企业购买档位。具体使用范围以商品说明为准；历史订单的约定不因价格选项调整而改变。除非商品页另有明确说明，用户不得转售、共享、公开分发素材源文件，也不得将素材本身重新打包为独立商品。

数字内容交付

积分扣除成功后，系统提供受账号保护的下载入口。已购买同一素材的用户重复下载不重复扣分，包括历史个人或商业授权订单。若文件损坏、与商品说明明显不符或无法交付，请保留订单信息并联系平台处理。

源码版本与定制

客户端与完整版分别按显示的积分价格购买，购买后直接下载对应版本压缩包，同一版本重复下载不重复扣费。不同版本独立购买，未报价的选项不代表已包含在其他版本中。只有定制服务端需要联系客服确认需求、报价与交付。

内容与可用性

平台会尽力核验商品描述、格式和文件数量，但不保证素材适用于所有引擎版本或项目环境。维护、安全事件或不可抗力可能导致服务短暂中断。

Terms of Service

KuuGe provides licensed digital game-art resources. Base TRC20 deposits credit 1 point per USDT. Automatic orders add an identification suffix of less than 0.1 USDT, which earns no points. Send the exact amount within the payment window, with network fees paid separately. Confirmed matching deposits are credited automatically; late or mismatched payments require support review. Points are an internal settlement unit only. Assets have a single purchase price; usage follows the product description, and historical order terms remain unchanged. Existing personal or commercial purchases retain repeat-download access without another charge. Source files may not be resold or redistributed. Source-code client and full packages are bought separately with points and downloaded immediately. Repeat downloads of the purchased version incur no extra charge; other versions are separate purchases. Only custom-server services require support to confirm scope, quote and delivery.
